Our technicians will make reasonable efforts to inspect and clear the accessible portion of the condensate drain line using standard methods. While this reduces the likelihood of water damage, Summit HVAC, LLC cannot guarantee that leaks, clogs, or other water-related issues will not occur.
Summit HVAC, LLC is not responsible for any water damage resulting from the operation of the HVAC system, including but not limited to:
- Condensate drain clogs or backups
- Frozen coils or ice buildup
- Water bypassing safety devices or overflow protections
- Any other leaks or malfunctions related to the HVAC equipment
It is the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain proper system operation, ensure drains remain clear, and to monitor for signs of water leaks. Summit HVAC, LLC shall not be held liable for damages to property, furnishings, or personal belongings caused by water leakage or overflow.
